Donald Serves as Vice Chair of the Educational services Committee, Chairman of North Ayrshire's Outdoor Access Forum and also serving on the Licensing section of Corporate Services, Corporate Policy and along with all local Members serves on the Local Area Committee which has a main role is small grants to local voluntary groups.

Donald Reid holds his surgeries on the First Tuesday of Every Month at Whitehirst Park Community Centre, West Doura Ct from 5.30pm to 7pm.
